The General serves as the highest authority within Research Zone - [002]'s Security Department. They are responsible for ensuring the complete and unwavering security of the Facility, its personnel, and the contained anomalies.
Key Duties:
- Leadership and Oversight: Lead, direct, and oversee all security personnel within Research Zone - [002]. This includes security guards, response teams, and specialized units.
- Threat Assessment and Mitigation: Continuously evaluate potential security threats, both internal and external. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these threats and ensure the Facility's safety.
- Incident Response: Oversee the response to security breaches, containment failures, and anomalous events. This includes coordinating with research and containment teams, as well as implementing emergency protocols.
- Personnel Management: Hire, train, and oversee the Security Department's personnel. Ensure all personnel are properly equipped, trained, and prepared to handle any security situation.
- Security Protocols and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce security protocols and procedures for the Facility. This includes access control, anomaly containment procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Liaison: Maintain clear communication and collaboration with Research and Site Management. Ensure security protocols align with research objectives and overall Site operations.
- Security Audits and Reviews: Conduct regular security audits and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure the Security Department adheres to all SCPF regulations and protocols.
